These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Senyap: Anti Sound Horeg app and related website (“Senyap”), provided by TummiStudio (“we,” “us”). By using Senyap, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally permitted to use Senyap where you live. You are responsible for activity through your account and for keeping access credentials secure. You may use Google sign-in or guest access where available. Provide accurate information and do not impersonate another person.

2. Acceptable use

Use Senyap lawfully and respectfully. Do not abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to the app, its channels, or service infrastructure. Do not use a channel to harass others, transmit unlawful content, or violate another person’s privacy or rights. You are responsible for the audio and information you choose to transmit or share.

3. Audio and safety notice

Senyap is an audio awareness and communication tool. Its microphone meter shows digital input in dBFS, not calibrated sound-pressure level (dB SPL). Microphone filtering operates on outgoing intercom audio while PTT is active; it does not cancel external speakers, reduce environmental sound at your ears, or provide hearing protection or medical advice. Use properly rated hearing protection and leave unsafe sound environments.

4. Online and local connections

Online intercom requires an internet connection and depends on third-party infrastructure and network conditions. Local Wi-Fi intercom requires participating devices to share the same Wi-Fi network. We do not guarantee uninterrupted connectivity, audio quality, latency, or availability.

5. Third-party services and ads

Senyap may rely on Google, Firebase, Cloudflare, Google Play, and other providers for authentication, storage, notifications, advertising, distribution, and connectivity. Their services are subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

6. Advertising and purchases

Some features may be supported by advertising or in-app purchases offered through Google Play. Prices, availability, payment processing, cancellation, and refunds are governed by the relevant store and displayed purchase terms. Do not make a purchase if the price or terms are unclear.

7. Intellectual property

Senyap and its original content, design, and branding are owned by TummiStudio or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app for its intended purpose. You may not copy, distribute, or commercially exploit the app except where law permits or we authorize it.

8. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of Senyap to maintain or improve the service, address security concerns, or meet legal requirements. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the service available but do not promise continuous operation.

9. Disclaimer and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, Senyap is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, suitable for a particular purpose, or accurate as a sound-level instrument. To the extent permitted by law, TummiStudio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend access if you violate these Terms, create a security risk, or misuse the service. You may stop using Senyap at any time. Contact us if you need help with your account or data.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the app or applicable requirements change. The current version and its effective date will be posted on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
