End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is between you and TummiStudio (“Licensor”) for your use of the Senyap: Anti Sound Horeg mobile application (“Licensed Application”). Google is not a party to this EULA and is not responsible for the Licensed Application, except as required by its applicable terms.

1. License grant

Subject to this EULA and the applicable store terms, TummiStudio grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Licensed Application on Android devices that you own or control, for personal and lawful use.

2. Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, sublicense, lease, or create derivative works of the Licensed Application except where applicable law permits or TummiStudio authorizes it. You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code, bypass security, or use the application to violate law or another person’s rights.

3. Ownership

The Licensed Application is licensed, not sold. TummiStudio and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in the app and its intellectual property, except for rights expressly granted in this EULA.

4. Services and third-party terms

Some app functions use third-party services, including Google Play, Firebase, Cloudflare, and advertising providers. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms and privacy policies. Network-dependent functions require suitable connectivity and may not always be available.

5. Updates and support

TummiStudio may provide updates, patches, or new versions and may change app features. Support is provided by TummiStudio at its discretion. Contact tummistudio3@gmail.com for assistance.

6. Warranty disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, the Licensed Application is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or compatibility with every device or network. The sound meter displays digital microphone input (dBFS) and is not a calibrated sound-pressure meter or hearing-protection device.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, TummiStudio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the Licensed Application. Nothing in this EULA excludes rights or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Term and termination

This EULA remains in effect while you use the Licensed Application. Your license ends automatically if you materially breach it. You may terminate it by uninstalling the Licensed Application and stopping use.
